How We Work

We plan backwards from opening day

Most projects are planned forwards; we do the opposite. We fix the opening date first, then work backwards to schedule when each task must start and finish to make it. The opening becomes the fixed anchor of the entire timeline — not a wish.

Ali Öger

Civil Engineer & Project Manager

A civil engineer and project manager since 1993, Ali Öger has led the project management of hotel projects for Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton and DoubleTree, prestigious developments such as the Presidential Summer Complex, and large-scale works from Türkiye to Uzbekistan and Libya. After serving as Project Director at Rönesans Holding and General Manager at MK Group, he now provides independent project management to investors through his own firm, Ali Öger İnşaat.
